Your Disability Claim Deserves Complete Documentation

Most SSDI applications are denied because documentation is incomplete not because the applicant is not disabled. North Path prepares a complete, physician supported documentation package that gives your claim the strongest possible foundation.

The SSA Denies 64% of First Applications Here Is Why

The most common reason a legitimate disability claim gets denied is not that the person is not disabled. It is that the documentation submitted to the SSA is incomplete, poorly organized, or missing the specific clinical evidence SSA reviewers require.

  • No physician completed RFC (Residual Functional Capacity) assessment

  • Function Report answers are vague or inconsistent with medical records

  • Missing records from treating providers

  • Medical evidence does not use SSA specific functional limitation language

  • Application submitted without understanding SSA evaluation criteria

Frequently Asked Questions

Is North Path a law firm?

No. North Path Services is a medical evidence preparation company. We do not provide legal advice, represent clients before the SSA, or charge a percentage of your back pay. We prepare documentation. You submit it. Attorneys handle appeals.

Do I need to come into an office?

The intake process, records coordination, and document preparation are 100% remote. The only in-person requirement is your physician evaluation appointment, which we schedule at a clinic near you.

What if my application is denied after using North Path?

Our fee covers preparation of your documentation package. The SSA makes all determinations. If you are denied at reconsideration, the documentation package we prepared can be submitted with your appeal. We also offer supplemental packages for denial responses.

What does the North Path documentation include?

Everything needed for a complete application. A licensed physician examination and RFC form completion, all required SSA forms, medical records coordination, documentation gap analysis, and a dedicated Case Coordinator from intake through delivery. One flat fee. No contingency. No hidden charges.
